For the months of June - September & December, we are able to accommodate Resident Events scheduled Sunday - Thursday only.

RESIDENT EVENT Service Package

serves 50 attendees, custom pricing required for groups of 51+ attendees

$450 per event inclusive of tax & service charge, includes...

  • 1 Professional, Licensed Bartender with all necessary WA State permits & necessary Barware (drink-making Equipment):
    • Wine Keys, Bottle Openers, Specialty Cocktail-making tools/equipment, Bar Mats, Bar Towels; Bar Caddy with Napkins and Garnish Picks
  • 2-hours of Event Service plus 30-minute setup & 30-minute teardown
    • *additional time can be booked for $25/hr (per bartender)
  • Standard Table Setup: (1) 4' Folding Table with Linen
    • Mini Portable White Bar when available!
  • Bottled Water
  • Ice Service with ice and portable cooler
  • 2 Red Wine Varietals, 2 White Wine Varietals, 3 Beer Varietals, 1 Cider, and choice of 1 Signature Cocktail
    • Signature cocktails listed below for your selection! Requests for cocktails not listed below will result in a significant increase in the package price.
    • Reduction in the amount of Varietals of Wine, Beer, Cider offered does not reduce the package price, as overall consumption remains the same.
  • Insured service with General Liability and Liquor Liability
    • Additionally-insured certificate available for requesting venues

Restrictions apply:
- Discount applies to Standard Resident Event Service Package / Standard Resident Event Service Package with no cocktail service / Specialty Tiki Bar Event Service Package only; cannot be applied to service-only package or custom packages.
- Events must be scheduled on a Sunday - Thursday prior to November 1st, and cannot be booked on Holidays
- All dates do not need to be confirmed in advance, but it helps to ensure they are available! You can book 3 (or 6) Event "Credits" and name the date as each month comes up. Date of event must be requested at least 2-weeks prior to the date to ensure staffing availability!
- Cancellations must occur at least 1-week in advance to be able to transfer the date and "hold" the credit. Event must be rescheduled to fall before November 1st on a mutually agreeable date, Sunday-Thursday, not on a Holiday.
- All booked events must occur at the same property location and are not transferrable
- Discount applies to new bookings only, cannot be applied to events with contract already confirmed


*Events that do not want a specialty cocktail served and just want the Wine & Beer/Cider service are at the reduced rate of $425 per event, inclusive of tax & service charge. Includes: 1 Bartender, 2-hours of Event Service, Standard Table/Bar Setup, 2 Red Wine Varietals, 2 White Wine Varietals, 3 Beer Varietals, 1 Cider, Bottled Water, Ice Service, and necessary Barware Equipment. Reduction in the amount of Varietals of Wine, Beer, Cider offered does not reduce the package price, as overall consumption remains the same.

*Events that do not want alcoholic beverages provided by SBCo are $225 per event, inclusive of tax & service charge.
Includes: 1 Bartender, 2-hours of Event Service, Standard Table/Bar Setup, Bottled Water, Ice Service, and necessary Barware Equipment. Please make sure to notify us of all of the alcohol beverages you intend to provide for our Bartender to serve when completing the inquiry form, to ensure that we provide the proper staffing! We will serve a maximum of 4 wine varietals, 4 beers/cider, and 2 signature drinks.

      *These events require entry/setup 1-hour prior to the event start time (no extra time to be billed) and 12' x 12' working/setup space

      $480 per event inclusive of tax & service charge, includes..

      • Tiki Bar setup, Drink Umbrellas, Faux Floral Leis
      • Bottled Water
      • Ice Service with ice and portable cooler
      • 1 Bartender
      • 2 hours Event Service with 1-hour setup and 30-minute teardown
      • 2 Signature Tiki-themed Cocktails & Kona Brewing Company Island Hopper Variety Beer
        • Reduction in the amount of Varietals of Signature Cocktails or Beer offered does not reduce the package price, as overall consumption remains the same

      *Events that do not want alcoholic beverages provided by SBCo, but would like the Tiki Bar setup and themed inclusions are $300 per event, inclusive of tax & service charge. 
      Includes: 1 Bartender, 2-hours of Event Service, Tiki Bar Setup, Drink Umbrellas, Faux Floral Leis, Bottled Water, Ice Service, and necessary Barware Equipment. Please make sure to notify us of all of the alcohol beverages you intend to provide for our Bartender to serve when completing the inquiry form, to ensure that we provide the proper staffing! We will serve a maximum of 4 wine varietals, 4 beers/cider, and 2 signature drinks. 


      HOT CHOCOLATE BAR SPECIALTY EVENT

      Available All Winter, December - February
      *These events require entry/setup 1-hour prior to the event start time (no extra time to be billed), access to kitchen sink for Water, nearby Electrical Outlet, and 12' x 5' working/setup space

      • Hot Chocolate and (1) 6' Table with Linen for Hot Chocolate Bar Display 
      • Displayed | Served Garnishments:
        • Dark Chocolate Syrup, Salted Chocolate Syrup, White Chocolate Syrup, Hazelnut Infused Syrup, Bourbon Caramel Flavored Syrup, Whipped Cream

      • Spiked Hot Chocolate Bar with Standard Wine & Beer/Cider Service $550
        • 1 Bartender, 2-hours of Event Service, Standard Table/Bar Setup, 2 Red Wine Varietals, 2 White Wine Varietals, 3 Beer Varietals, 1 Cider, Bottled Water, Ice Service, and necessary Barware Equipment. Reduction in the amount of Varietals of Wine, Beer, Cider offered does not reduce the package price, as overall consumption remains the same
        • Custom-spiked Hot Chocolate with flavored Liqueurs will be served from the bar, by the bartender, and guests will then build their own custom hot chocolate with the garnishments at the display table
      • Hot Chocolate Bar (not spiked) with Standard Wine & Beer/Cider Service $525
        • 1 Bartender, 2-hours of Event Service, Standard Table/Bar Setup, 2 Red Wine Varietals, 2 White Wine Varietals, 3 Beer Varietals, 1 Cider, Bottled Water, Ice Service, and necessary Barware Equipment
        • Setup and refreshment of self-serve Hot Chocolate at the display table for guests to pour and then build their own custom hot chocolate with the garnishments
      • Spiked Hot Chocolate Bar only Service (no wine/beer/cider) $375
        • 1 Bartender, 2-hours of Event Service, Standard Table/Bar Setup, Bottled Water, Ice Service, and necessary Barware Equipment
        • Custom-spiked Hot Chocolate with flavored Liqueurs will be served from the bar, by the bartender, and guests will then build their own custom hot chocolate with the garnishments at the display table
      • Hot Chocolate Bar (not spiked) only Service (no wine/beer/cider) $325
        • 1 Bartender, 2-hours of Event Service, Standard Table/Bar Setup, Bottled Water, Ice Service, and necessary Barware Equipment
