RESIDENT EVENT Service Package

serves up to 50 attendees for 2-hours of Event Service time 
custom pricing required for groups of 51+ attendees

Standard Full Service: Signature Cocktail, Wine, & Beer/Cider Service | $450 inclusive

Limited Service: Wine & Beer/Cider Service | $400 inclusive

Bartender Service Only no alcohol provided | $225 inclusive

INCLUDES:

  • 1 Professional, Licensed Bartender with all necessary WA State permits, and Barware (drink-making Equipment) & Service Materials

  • Insured service with General Liability and Liquor Liability & Additionally-insured certificate available for requesting venues

  • Standard Table Setup: (1) 4' Folding Table with Linen or Mini Portable Bar if available!

  • Iced Water Dispenser Display

  • Recyclable Cups

  • Ice Service with ice and portable cooler

  • if selecting package with alcohol included: 1 Red Wine Varietal, 1 White Wine Varietal, 2 Beer Varietals, 1 Cider,
    and choice of 1 Signature Cocktail

    • Reduction in the amount of Varietals of Wine/Beer does not reduce the package price, as overall consumption remains the same. If you intend to provide the alcohol for service at your event please make sure to notify us of all of the alcohol beverages you intend to provide for our Bartender to serve when completing the inquiry form, to ensure that we provide the proper staffing! We will serve a maximum of 4 wine varietals, 4 beers/cider varietals, and 2 signature drinks at one time.

Package rates include hourly service rate, tax, and service charge.
Tip Jars are assumed to be allowed to be tastefully displayed on the bar top during service in lieu of a hosted gratuity.
For the months of June - September & December, we are able to accommodate Resident Events scheduled Sunday - Thursday only.

QUANTITIES PROVIDED: We average 1 drink per hour for the first three hours of service (standard package duration), with average 0.5 drink per person for each additional hour there-after. We factor an even split of all beverages provided for our quantities. 

Note, we do not pay to participate in programs such as Compliance Depot. We accept pre-payment of events via online credit card payment, via Square, or company check, and are happy to send the necessary W-9 information for your company's payment processing!

Available November - February only
*These events require entry/setup 1-hour prior to the event start time (no extra time to be billed), access to kitchen sink for Water, 
nearby Electrical Outlet, and 12' x 5' working/setup space
