We are thrilled to offer a great custom service package for Comcast Xfinity's resident engagement events - and, we're even more excited to bring fun and exciting add-ons for a truly customized and engaging event!

Xfinity Resident Event bar service

Event Credit System

$300 per event includes...

  • (1) Professional, Licensed Bartender with all necessary WA State permits
  • Up to 4 Hours of Event Service, must include 30-minute setup & 30-minute teardown
    • additional time can be booked for $40 per each additional hour, per bartender
  • Standard Table Setup: (1) 4' Folding Table with Linen
    • Professional Portable Comcast Bar Setup when available!
  • Alcohol Service: *Quantity dependent on specified guest count
    • Assorted & Seasonal Bottled Beer & Cider
    • Assorted & Seasonal Red & White Wines
    • 1 Specialty Cocktail (Optional): Please specify specific cocktail request OR allow for bartender's choice. Specialty cocktails and services may require additional charge. 
    • Plastic cups for cocktail & wine service (beer and cider served in bottle)
    • Ice service with Party Cooler
  • Barware and Service Supplies: Wine Keys, Bottle Openers, Shakers, Muddlers, Strainers, Jiggers, Bar Spoons, Pour Spouts, Cutting Board, Paring Knife, Cocktail Glass Rimmer with Sugar & Salt, Garnish Caddy, Bar Mats, Bar Towels; Bar Caddy with Napkins, Straws, and Garnish Picks
  • Insured service with General Liability and Liquor Liability
    • Additionally-insured certificate available for requesting venues
  • Credit System Details: 

    • 1 Event Credit to be used for resident events with up to 75 guests.

    • 2 Event Credits to be used for resident events with 75 - 150 guests; shall include a second bartender and doubled services as listed above.  

    • Add additional event credit, bartender, and services for every 75 guests.

    • $300 per events booked without utilizing event credit or for each event booked once credits are depleted and will be invoiced on an individual event basis.  

    • $100 cancellation fee shall be invoiced for events cancelled within 72 hours of booked event date. $100 cancellation fee shall be invoiced + forfeiture of 1 event credit for cancelled events which were not reported to Seattle Bartending Company (bartender goes to an event which has been cancelled) 

    • Must purchase a minimum of 6 credits per quarter to receive event credit pricing.   

* As of Q1 of 2018,  Event Credits can be used any day of the week

* No overlapping event fees will be charged for separate events occurring at same time. 

* Tiki Bar can be requested for no additional fee (only 1 bar available per day)

 

Xfinity Resident Event bar service

Non - Credit System Events

$160 per event, plus applicable retail tax, includes...

  • Xfinity to provide alcohol for event OR $200.00 plus applicable retail tax for beer, wine, and signature cocktail for up to 75 guests (150 servings) 
  • (1) Professional, Licensed Bartender with all necessary WA State permits
  • 2-hours of Event Service with 30-minute setup & 30-minute teardown
    • additional time can be booked for $40 per each additional hour
  • Standard Table Setup: (1) 4' Folding Table with Linen
    • Professional Portable Comcast Bar Setup when available!
  • Barware (drink-making) Equipment: Wine Keys, Bottle Openers, Shakers, Muddlers, Strainers, Jiggers, Bar Spoons, Pour Spouts, Cutting Board, Paring Knife, Cocktail Glass Rimmer with Sugar & Salt, Garnish Caddy, Bar Mats, Bar Towels; Bar Caddy with Napkins, Straws, and Garnish Picks
  • Giant Party cooler with appropriate amount of ice for service
  • Insured service with General Liability and Liquor Liability
    • Additionally-insured certificate available for requesting venues
  • $100 overlapping event fee charged per each additional event scheduled on the same date.
  • $100 cancellation fee shall be invoiced for events cancelled within 72 hours of booked event date.

Additional $40 per event, plus tax, includes...

  • (1) Stainless Steel Beverage Tub
  • Soft Drinks for up to 50 guests: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Root Beer, Ginger Ale, and San Pelligrino Assortment

Spiked Hot Chocolate Bar Package

Additional $150 per event, plus tax, includes...

  • (1) 6' Table with Linen for Hot Chocolate Bar Garnishments Display (set-up next to bar)
  • Assorted Liqueurs: Whipped Cream Vodka, Baileys Irish Cream, Kahlua Coffee Liqueur, Creme' de Menthe, etc... Liqueurs may vary based on inventory. 
  • 50 servings Hot Chocolate
    • To-go coffee cups, Lids, Sleeves, Stirrers
  • Displayed Garnishments:
    • Dark Chocolate Syrup, Salted Chocolate Syrup, White Chocolate Syrup, Whipped Cream
    • Marshmallows, Cinnamon, Toasted Coconut, Crushed Oreo Cookies, Teddy Graham Cookies, Multi-colored Sprinkles, Chocolate Sprinkles, Toffee Bits, Crushed Peppermint Bits. 

*These events require entry/setup 1-hour prior to the event start time, access to kitchen sink for Water, nearby Electrical Outlet, and 12' x 5' working/setup space

Additional $75 per bar, plus tax, includes...

  • (1) Portable Tiki Bar
    • Grass skirting & umbrella canopy
    • Multi-colored 'Tiki Bar' sign
    • Built-in Ice Wells and Service Shelving

  • Setup & Teardown

Light-up Mobile Bar Rental

Additional $150 per bar, plus tax, includes..

  • (1) Portable Light-Up Bar 
    • 16-color LED Lighting with numerous settings and effects
    • Built-in Ice Well, Service Shelving, Speed Rack
    • Battery-operated Remote and Power Box
  • Setup & Teardown

$300 Donut service plus $90 for hot apple cider with toppings per event, plus tax, includes...

  • (1) Service Attendant
  • 30-minute setup, 2-hours event service, 30-minute teardown
  • (2) 6' Tables with Linens for Donut station and Beverage station
  • Hot Apple Cider
    • To-go coffee cups, Lids, Sleeves
    • Whipped Cream, Caramel Sauce, & Ground Cinnamon
  • 100 servings Cinnamon-Sugar Mini Donuts in to-go packaging
    • 4 donuts per serving
    • $35 additional for every additional 15 servings provided
